You may notice that after the birth you continue to feel changes. Your shoe size during pregnancy can increase. Also your hair may continue to feel dryer than before your pregnancy. Motherhood can cause changes not just physically but mentally. Just remember you have brought a little being into the world and that is reason enough to feel different about life.

Your baby’s skin is very sensitive. Change your baby’s nappy regularly. This prevents the chance of nappy rash. If your baby suffers from nappy rash then change the nappy more often and use a cream. Sometimes it can help to change the nappy wipes. If the temperature allows leave your babys bottom bare for a while. This helps the nappy rash to heal.
